David just came in while I was making dinner and asked what we were having. I told him “Yakitori Chicken.” He responded with, “Yucky Dorrito Chicken?!?”

St. George Half-Marathon

I ran the St. George Half-Marathon today. It was my PW (personal worst) for a half-marathon by a couple minutes, but I was pleased with how it went, considering how much I trained.
Here are my (unofficial) splits:

In case you’re wondering, no, I did not win–or come close. I finished 569th out of a total of 1,322 runners. Dude that won, ran it in 1:10:04.8 (5:21 min/mile!)
